"..I'm not a hata!"
Wow. I love how the other correspondent is just laughing the entire time.

I'm not hatin on Tamrin for this one. She made a smooth transition... If anything the dude shouldn't have taken it there. He seemed to be mocking it more than anything.

JAY! Come on man...LOL...I couldn't stop laughing for almost 5 minutes dude. Seriously!
On the serious note dude came off like an idiot "don't be hatin'" - wtf, your a new correspondence and you say that off the cuff? Eh, oh well.

Oh God, this was excruciating for a short period of time. Y'know when you play basketball and you come down on your foot wrong after a lay-up? And your foot/ankle kinda twists to the side and u get that horrible lightning pain for 2 seconds? Like that.

A tear fell from my eye, too, but only because I was laughing so hard. They just look so pleased with themselves!

I blame Stuart Scott for opening these doors. Ha!
But seriously, moments like these seems to happen a lot on national news these days ('Bling' is their other favorite). it's funny. the power/reach of hip-hop...crazy!

Yeah, this was funny, but in the I'm laughing @ you & not with you way, you know when you see somebody & you're just really embarrassed for them???

This reminds me of the time when bling bling made it into Websters. Of course there was that time that Mitt Romney used it!

I have to say that homegirl did pull it off. Poindexter in the suit was off base asking her was she hayten on the Clintons. Homegirl just trying to do her job. I'm still not sure if originally described "tear drop" is a product joy, sadness, or humor. Anyway, the clip is priceless.

The two pieces of "hip-hop culture" (if you can call them that) that piss me off the most are "hating" and "snitchin'."
Anyone who conspicuosly consumes or generally acts like an overprivileged asshole, falls back on "don't be hatin'" when someone calls them on it. It's supposed to mean "don't be jealous," but it has taken on the meaning of "how dare YOU (little person) criticize MOI of excess"
"snitching" is even worse. It started out as a movement against police informants who abused that status to put lesser criminals and even innocents into prison, and has now turned into a catch-all for anyone who wants to get away with some criminal shit.
Sorry for the rant, just how I feel.

Tamron hall is a fine, sexy, intelligent, "hip" woman. I used to watch her every morning in the Chi. She know knows whats popping out here. and why shouldn't she. Hip Hop been aroung since the seventies, it has had enuff time to satuarate itself globally now anyway. stop hating.
